Kibabii University 10th Graduation: Comrades Finally Touched the Mic of Freedom!

Today was that big day every comrade has been waiting forThe sun refused to hide, the cameras were flashing, parents were smiling like they had swallowed sunshine, and comrades were busy adjusting gowns like VIPs of the day.

From first year struggles, HELB stories, missing marks stress, tight deadlines, weekend group discussions (that ended up being gossip), to now wearing those black gowns proudly… it has been a whole journey!

The ceremony was coloured by the presence of the Vice Chancellor, Hon. Ipara, who stepped on stage with the confidence of someone who has seen comrades grow from “Where is LT3?” to defending projects like experts.

And to spice the event even more, the Guest of Honour, CS Julius Ogamba, pulled up looking sharp and ready to deliver wisdom. He spoke fire!
He told comrades to walk out there bravely, to go transform society, and not to fear hustles because even Rome started as a “starting point.” Comrades clapped like they were being paid per clap.

Every graduate had that smile of “finally, it is done!”
WhatsApp statuses were full of “Mama I made it,” “Education is the key,” and of course the classic "From today, call me Eng./Dr./Teacher" even if the ink on the certificate had not yet dried.

Friends were busy taking 500 pictures per second—because if you don’t post, did you even graduate?
Parents were emotional… some even shedding small, premium tears of joy. Because today, that child they’ve been pushing, advising, and sometimes shouting at, crossed the academic

Speeches flowed, certificates were handed out, faculty deans walked like royalty, and the choir gave tunes sweeter than chapati madondo on a cold day.
The crowd was huge, colourful, and full of hope — the true Kibabii spirit.

Graduation is not the end—just another starting point. CS Ogamba reminded comrades that the world is wide, opportunities exist, and Kibabii graduates are built different.

So today, comrades walked out proudly, ready to chase dreams, fight for opportunities, and represent Kibabii like the champions they are.

Congratulations!
